Just over a year ago, my artilce on the rampant indecision throughout the economy appeared in print, in which I noted "fear of the unknown has made doing nothing the new reality in business." I think a lot of organizations out there are still in this state of mind -- and are doing themselves long term damage as they continue to drift into a culture of complaceny.
