Time for an innovation audit?

From an article I wrote for The Boardroom, a publication for associaton executives: "Take the time to do this simple to test to determine if your association and its members are in the right frame of mind for remarkably new and innovative things, or whether they and you are stuck in a rut, unable to respond and deal with the change that is swirling around you."
