Why is this man smiling?

Not a word of a lie — this picture appeared in an AP news article about SPAM — the Governor is smiling while he browses the spam is his mailbox…..is he looking at the porn spam or what?

The picture went out on the AP Newswire, and in the San Diego Tribune, the caption read: “Oregon Attorney General, Hardy Myers, looks through his e-mail for unsolicited commercial e-mail, known as “spam.” Internet users annoyed by having their inboxes clogged with unwanted e-mail would have the option of permanently putting their e-mail addresses off-limits to bulk mailers, under new laws proposed by attorneys general in Oregon and Missouri.”
